Fees

$170 for initial assessment
$150 per session (sessions last 50 to 60 minutes)

Insurance

Scott Schlachter is in network for medical mutual of Ohio . He is not in network or on any other insurance panels. The office will submit your insurance claim for you.  Your insurance should then refund you based on your out of network benefit.  You can call your insurance company to learn about your out of network benefits.

Payment

Payment is expected at time of service.
